Becky is a seasoned IT Professional with a blend of data, business, and technical expertise, specializing in requirements gathering, process analysis, and technical documentation.  She holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Industrial Engineering exceeding the requirements for Business Analysis certification while additionally providing the knowledge to create new methodologies and processes where needed. She has experience with global corporations like Google, JDA, and Generac as well as small business clients while working at GoldFinch, Cognizant and NetSuite.

She has a proven record in facilitating requirements sessions often partnering with cross-functional teams and third-party stakeholders to achieve innovative, client-centered solutions. Furthermore, she has written test plans and training manuals for new system implementations.

Specifically, she collaborated on with multiple teams across various departments with the goal of gathering business requirements, conducting detailed data analysis, and documenting source to target requirements. Her strong understanding of SQL logic, along with experience documenting integrations with platforms like SAP, Salesforce, custom Google applications, Azure Logic Apps, and data lakes helps bridge the gap between technical needs and business processes. 

With over 25 years of experience in Microsoft Office (including Access) and proficiency in project management tools like Visio, Smartsheets, LucidChart, and Monday.com, she is  well-equipped to support enterprise-wide initiatives. Additionally, she has delivered program management reports for stakeholders, defining and monitoring key metrics and ensuring project health.
